These terms apply to your use of this public pre-launch Haseeb website, including the founding-cohort application. They cover the website only. They are not the terms of service for the Haseeb accounting product.
Everything on this website — including product previews, illustrations, figures and descriptions — is provided for information about Haseeb before its launch. Product previews are simplified illustrations using fictional demonstration data; they are not live software, and they are not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Haseeb is in active development. Features, capabilities, availability and launch timing may change before launch. If an applicant is approved, any use of the Haseeb product will be governed by separate product terms supplied before account creation or the submission of financial information.
Submitting a founding-cohort application is an expression of interest. It does not create a customer relationship, reserve a place, or oblige anyone to accept your application. Every application is reviewed personally, and there is no guarantee that an applicant will be accepted.
If your company is approved and invited to use Haseeb, you will separately receive and accept the Haseeb Terms of Service, the product Privacy Policy, and the relevant financial-data and AI-processing terms before opening an account or supplying any financial information. Nothing on this website replaces those documents.
All rights in the Haseeb name, wordmark, copy, design, product illustrations and other website materials are reserved. These materials may not be reproduced or reused for commercial purposes without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, probing or testing it for vulnerabilities without permission, scraping it at scale, misrepresenting your identity in an application, or using the site or the application process to send spam or unlawful content.
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for loss or damage arising solely from use of, or reliance on, this public website or its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These terms may be updated as Haseeb approaches launch. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
