This policy covers information handled through this public pre-launch landing page: the founding-cohort application, emails you send to founder@haseeb.app, and the basic operation of the website. It does not cover the Haseeb accounting product.
Founding-cohort applications. The application form asks for your name, company, role, business type, current accounting setup, and a work email or phone number. The form opens your own email application with this information pre-filled — nothing is transmitted until you press send, and the details arrive as an ordinary email to founder@haseeb.app. We ask for this information only to review your application and, if your company fits the cohort, to contact you for a short introductory conversation. Please do not include financial statements or bank details — we never ask for them at this stage.
Emails. If you email founder@haseeb.app, we receive your address and whatever you choose to write, and we use it to reply.
Website operation. This website currently uses no advertising trackers, non-essential cookies or behavioural analytics. Like most websites, its hosting provider may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and website operation. The website's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when the page loads.
Every application is read personally by the founding team. If your company may fit the founding cohort, we will contact you using the details you provided. If it does not fit right now, we may keep your application so we can contact you as Haseeb grows — or delete it on request (see below).
Submitting an application does not create a customer relationship and does not oblige either side to proceed.
Application details are not sold or shared with advertisers. Because applications arrive by email, they are processed and stored by our email provider like any other correspondence, and the website's hosting provider processes the basic technical information described above. Beyond those providers, application details are not shared with anyone else.
Applications and related correspondence are kept while the founding cohort is being formed and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can follow up with businesses that were a near fit. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Email founder@haseeb.app to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on reasonable requests promptly.
Before any approved company opens a Haseeb account or supplies financial information, it will separately receive and accept the product's own privacy and data terms, including financial-data and AI-processing provisions. This page's policy does not govern the product.
This policy may be updated as Haseeb approaches launch. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
